A lovely, friendly, and caring home. The Victoria Grand took care of my Dad for 9 weeks after leaving hospital, helping him to start walking again and begin his journey home. Staff were always welcoming when we visited, and happy to assist my Mum when she visited alone. Would recommend.

The atmosphere is really friendly, welcoming. Staff are lovely, caring. Home cooked food, and plentiful. It’s like living in a family home, and the kettle is always on. Warm, cosy, beautiful garden. Resident Persian cat! Activities galore. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
My father has lived here for nearly two years and is really happy and settled. The manager and staff are wonderful, the food excellent and the care has been amazing. It is such a relief to the family to know that Dad is so well cared for.
