We’ll learn about your health history and more.
Each resident shares things they love, don’t love and lifestyle goals. Every care plan also comes with a physical therapy evaluation.
We then share a plan that focuses on each resident’s strengths and provides support in the areas they need most.
We’ll coordinate with you to get you settled in your new home and become part of our caring community.
A lovely, friendly, and caring home. The Victoria Grand took care of my Dad for 9 weeks after leaving hospital, helping him to start walking again and begin his journey home. Staff were always welcoming when we visited, and happy to assist my Mum when she visited alone. Would recommend.
