We love to welcome visits from the family and friends of our residents, but due to the risk of COVID infection, we need to comply with Government guidelines for the safety of our residents, visitors and staff.
If you would like to book an indoor visit, you will need to prearrange this with the home. Please phone the home and book in a visit. All clients are allowed, under Government guidance, one named visitor, unless the client is deemed end of life. Speak to the home to discuss the end of life guidance. After you have arranged your visit, please come to the home at the arranged time. You will be tested using rapid lateral flow tests before every visit. We will provide the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and you must follow all other infection control measures, which we will guide you on. There should be no close physical contact such as hugging, however you are allowed to hold hands. If your lateral flow test is positive, then you will not be allowed access to the home, and you will need to comply with the current self-isolation rules.
With effect from 8 April 2021, the number of regular visitors allowed will be increased to two.
If you would like to book an outdoor visit please can you phone the home and again book the visit in prior to you comming to the home. Any questions please contact us.
There is ample car parking for visitors.
